WHAT IS THE PINK TEAM?
The pink team is a term that describes Ikhasas Hotels and Resorts’ employees or new recruits. The reason why this pink team is created is because they want them to feel much more special and unique working in IHR as each of them plays a unique role in the company. Not only that, we want them to feel a sense of belonging and attachment to the company. As a result, all team members would be able to work well and support each other.
We believe in the simplest form of hospitality; therefore, the core of our service values is derived from the basic values in our upbringing.
Our commitment is to provide sustainable travel which comprises of a rewarding experience defined by the services that our guests receive, and the opportunities for them to contribute back to the local society and environment.
In fulfilling our guests’ experience, we live by the rules of Delivering Sensational Service* and strive to exceed expectations of a home-grown hospitality group.

To be able to be in The Pink Team, they need to have certain core values that IHR thinks all team members should have. The 3 core values of The Pink Team are very new and have yet to be shared with the public. These core values will determine success of an individual on becoming a successful member of The Pink Team.
